1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Customers are required to check the condition of the goods and may request an exchange or return immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt (calculated from the invoice date).
  • The order is missing items or incomplete compared to what was placed.
  • The product shows external damage, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents or evidence to verify these issues in order to complete the return or exchange process.


2. Notification & Return Shipping Timeline

  • Notification time: Within 48 hours from receiving the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or damaged items.
  • Return shipping time: Within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Return location: Customers may either bring the product directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.

3. Exchange Cases

From the Shop’s Side

⦿ Free exchanges apply in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damage during shipping

From the Customer’s Side

  • If customers want to exchange due to color preference or a different model/product, they are required to cover two-way shipping costs (return shipping fee: 138,34 PHP).
  • If the product does not fit (size issue), customers are required to cover two-way shipping costs (return shipping fee: 69,17 PHP).
