Currently, RINO is a major partner with two reputable and well-known delivery companies: VNpost and Giao Hang Tiet Kiem (Economical Delivery).

AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME

Orders within Hanoi: Customers will receive their order within 1-2 days of order confirmation (except for pre-orders or insufficient stock; RINO will ship from a warehouse in another province, and Coolmate’s customer service will notify customers about this). Delivery time may be faster depending on the customer’s order time (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Other areas: 2-5 days (usually 2-4 days). If you have not received a delivery call from the courier after 3 days from placing your order, please contact RINO for assistance (excluding Sundays and holidays).
